Hey guys

Just a weird question, How many times can I have sex in a week if I m on my first cycle ? Is it bad to have sex 5 or 6 times a week when on cycle?

It’s not mine yet. It’s my goal. I was getting close, about 1 yr away when life jumped in with some major set backs. 3 different surgeries in 2 years. 2 on my rt eye due to detached retina and re attach the lens as well as a major rebuild of my left shoulder 6 months ago. I hope to be back to where I was in less than a year and then as close as possible to the picture in another year.

I’m in no rush. I see things as not a race or sprint but a marathon. It’s much healthier to have long term vs short term goals.

Dude, from an old timer. Sex before, sex during and sex after everything, if possible. There is NO limit on how much sex unless there is some health problem (doc?) The only thing it will temporarily, that day, effect is your heart rate, overall energy and stamina. Your bone is a muscle and the more you stress it, work it, it will grow bigger………..ha, hahaha, just a JOKE ! At 61 I have a good time, when ever I want it. I get it.
