Hey guys, newbie looking to start an anavar only cycle. I know I know… "dont do it, its not worth it"

There’s a reason why Im doing an anavar. Not everyone on here will understand as Im doing this for a medical condition. But Im here for advice from people that have experience with AAS

I was a very active person, trained 4-5 times a week doing interval training, cardio, and some weight lifting as well as squash and swiming. Until one day I sustained a grade 5 shoulder separation. Had surgery which was done incorrectly and became limited with my shoulder. Revision surgery was required. I was doing a masters degree and decided to wait a few months. During this time I was in pain and discomfort, and was depressed. Just as I finished the term, I started to feel pain in the other shoulder as well and general cracking in many joints. Was diagnossed with impingment in ‘good shoulder’ which kept getting worse. After the revision surgery the cracking got worse and I started getting pain in my hip and knee and wrists. My joints were streching too much and would crack and pop all the time. Fatigue, blurred vision and other symptoms. Ran every possible test and met with a dosen doctors. none could give me a diagnoses except for a severe vitamin D defiency. Months later I feel much better but unfortunatley the shoulder is not working and might need to do another surgery to fix it (avoiding) All of my joints are weak and both shoulders painful and weak. Its been 15 months since the injury and ive lost all my mucsle. gained fat.

My doc has prescribed me GH omnitrope and testogel. I have started using the omnitrope but feel I the testogel wount do much for me. I need something that will strengthen connective tissue and tissue that has been damaged.

My goal is not to look good or lift crazy weights. I just want to get to a normal level of function or near that. Surgery is a no no for now on both shoulders. I feel anavar could do good things for me. But I don’t know how to tell if its legit as my doc wont prescribe it. Im thinking about going to Turkey or Egypt to get some even though travelling is a mission. I just want to get back to my normal life.

what do you guys think? or should I just stick with the testogel? Hes prescribed arimidex aswell. Do I need PCT for testogel or anavar?

    Any feedback is much appreciated.
    thanks

    Sorry this thread got missed.

Var will do nothing for your shoulder situation. This may be something you can consider TB500 for.

    What are your stats?

You don’t think anavar could help build some muscle on shoulders and also strengthen ligaments and tendons. As well as strengthen joints generally in the whole body and perhaps give me more energy to train more.

    thanks for your feedback

Welcome SeNoLD. I would consider tb500 as well based on Times Romans log. Anavar can actually make tendon pain worsen due to it being a "drying" compound. A lot of guys cant use winstrol because if this. Joint pain is a common side effect that winstrol can cause, and even though winstrol isn’t anavar, the mechanism of action is much alike.

Question are you currently training. As you mention nothing about rehab and exercise to improve your weeakened condition. The growth hormone that you are already taking will help but without a proper rehab program anything you take is pointless

    Hi. thanks.
I never looked at it like that. They are similar in that they are good as cutting agents. But I have read several posts of people going on about how var is good for their joints. Im also looking at it as an all round strength improver. I’ve read up a bit on TB500 and looking into it as an option. Just seems a lot of injections for small improvement and also an experimental one.

What about testogel? anyone recommend this? Is it too much risk? can such a small amount of testosterone be harmful to sex hormones? could it cause testicular shrinkage even with armimedex? My doc tells me its good for everything including joints.

Yes I should have mentioned, Ive been doing physio for some time now with little improvement. I am also meeting with a physio therapist next week to start a specialized rehab and physical therapy program. This is why I am looking for something to help give me a boost while rehabing. I also do light exercises for shoulder and looking to get an exercise bike for home.

I should also mention that I’ve done some PRP therapy with good results and will possibly continue this on shoulders soon.

Unless it is for trt, test gel is usless for cycling. It would cost a fortune if it were feasible.

I had a bicep tendon tear and rotator cuff injury. Receive a cortizone shot in my shoulder and took Anavar 50mg Ed for four weeks. Received a Rx from my HRT doctor. Did physical therapy. Started recovering in two weeks. By four weeks was gtg. My PT said my deck dry was the fastest he ever saw and I was his first patient who took Anavar to speed up recovery. It worked well for me.

thats great. good to know. kinda hoping for a similar effect myself. Only problem is Im based in UK and HRT ain’t as straight forward as US. and especially var no one will prescribe that here. its a big no no to use anything for recovery. :S
Thinking of going to Turkey or even seeing a specialist somewhere in europe.

    thanks
